Let’s face it – it’s not easy to convince people to go to the gym! It can seem like a chore, and especially when you’re new to the neighborhood, you may not have many chances to practice walking or to practice moves like boxing. If that is the case, perhaps you should take some advice from athletes who are very good at making people go to the gym. A gym, even with pretty soft weights, is not a lot of fun for most people unless they like the way that it feels and the look of it by Wright Subdivision 1-5.
You can still enjoy the gym at Ironwood Gym or Jason Craig. You can still go to the gym by yourself or with your buddies. The point is to make people do it for you. This is what a lot of great fitness organizations are doing all over the world.
I would like to introduce you to Wendell Hockenson, a team owner in Westbrook Park. He is a professional that setting a personal example and encourages everyone around him to do the same. He also started a new community-wide fitness program called, What Works. The system is a fantastic way to get people off the couch and moving towards a healthy lifestyle. The next time you are wondering what your neighborhood gym should look like, check out Wendell’s website or join his group. You are sure to benefit from it!
